The reason Google Removes Indonesia from the List Web Adsense Support

Actually the main reason not realize google Adsense to Indonesia likely because:

The number between Publisher & Advertiser Publisher Indonesia more, so it is not in accordance with market google (Google Also do not want to lose)

So a few months ago, Google's massive share Free Adwords Coupons, actually it's way to see the response Publisher google Indonesia, whether to utilize it properly Adword or even fact many are not using that. So google know if Indonesia has not been feasible
