Collection Supervisor (Code: COLLS)

Responsibilities
- Creating Reporting to the Regional Collection Manager
- Responsible for the Supervision Field Collector in Unit
- Responsible in the process of Collection Area
- Dealing with problem loans

Requirements
- Education Min D3
- 3 years experience as a Field Collection/ 1 Year as Collection Supervisor at Banking
- Understanding the auction process as well as legal
- Have the capability to negotiate

Field Collection (Code: FC)

Responsibilities
- Conducting the process of collection
- Reporting to Supervisor Collection

Requirements
- Minimum High School Education
- 2 years experience as a Field Collection
- Strong communication and negotiation skill

Marketing Financing/ Funding (Code: MF)

Requirements
- Male/ female, age max 35 years old.
- General D3/S1 education.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Banking Lending for Financing Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Banking Funding for Funding Marketing.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply if your have interest in Marketing.
- Preferably have a relationship/ networking.
