......

never use phone numbers, dates of birth, or other easy to figure out passwords. While it is true that many hacker programs can lead to passwords in many cases, why not make it harder to use passwords that contain numbers, letters and symbols? Random password will give you the best shot of protection.

Do not use the same password for years on end. Of course, the more difficult passwords are great, but generate them and change them often. Change them every 3-6 months at least will give you extra protection.

3 Certainly all the data

Hackers do not have to come from some distant place. They may be right in your office. Regardless of where you work, whether in the home office, business office, or at least breakfast at the hotel, you have to keep data safety top of mind at all times. Never leave your account numbers or passwords to open. Anyone can steal them and sign up at a later time. Be sure to clear cookies, and recent data either by using a public computer and never save login data in a browser on a public computer.

4 Always turn off the computer

Of course, it's easier to leave your computer on all day and night. But if you are not around when the computer is left, you'll never be able to see any attempts to log onto your computer and steal information. The best way to deal with this is simply shut the computer down when you're not going to be around and work on it.

5 Automatic Update

Always be sure that all computers are set up for automatic updates. Microsoft has this feature for their OS, and for good reason. Anytime there is a security update (or other changes to the OS), your computer can automatically download and install updates. Of course, it's a hassle to have to again later, but it can end up saving you significant problems down the road.

I hope you've found these tips useful in helping to ward off any hacker attempts on your computer system. If after, your chances of being attacked will be much less than if they do not employ these tactics.
