The functionality is similar to that of the regular Facebook Like button, but is also available for Twitter and Facebook Share.

By default the plugin implements a widget, but it can be disabled and the buttons can be positioned manually.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
