If you're going to leave a message for someone - do not disclose any sensitive materials, or better still send a text message. SMS is far more difficult to intercept without legal authority.
Of course, there is another way to access voice mail - but that does not require any technical skills and access the right equipment. It would be unprofessional of me to describe it here though. Suffice it to say that OFCOM are interested in anyone trying to offer services for commercial purposes.
If you think that your phone is hacked then contact the police immediately - it is illegal. If you are wrongly accused of hacking it is important that you get some legal advice and get your lawyer with the necessary skills to make your case. This will involve a thorough examination of the equipment allegedly hacked, along with all other relevant equipment that was allegedly used, the preparation of a comprehensive expert report, and possibly oral testimony in court.
