Two columns forms

Labels and form fields will be shown on two adjacent columns, with the label and the form right next to it, on its right.

This replaces the default view of showing the label and its respective form field right under it.

Besides this placement adjustment, the developer also has the option of showing a sub-label, right under the original label.

This sub-label can be used for showing extra descriptive info or success/warning messages when validating the form data.
