Scope of Work
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of systems and human resource management in accordance with existing law, the vision and mission of the Commission established, and in accordance with the policy direction set by the KPK leaders, managing KPK human resources and organizational management.

General Requirements
- Possess Bachelor (S1) degree, preferably possess Master (S2) degree in any major for Direktur Gratifikasi
- Possess Bachelor (S1) degree, preferably possess Master (S2) degree majoring in Psychology/ Law/ Management/ Administration for Kepala Biro Sumber Daya Manusia
- Maximum age 54 years old for Civil Servant applicants and maximum age 50 years old for non-Civil Servant applicants, by May 31st, 2012.
- The Civil Servants applicants minimum possess grade of Pembina Tk.I (gol. IV/b) or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience in relevant field

Manager - Human Resources(Call Centre)

The Position:
The HR manager leads the Human Resource practices and objectives as well as responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals

Responsibilities of the Role :

Recruitment & selection
- Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report

PACB
- To be in charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordinations to ensure a smooth and effective operation
- Maintain smooth running of the HR Information System
- Monitor timely update of personnel records
- Produce and submit payroll and headcount reports to the finance department on a monthly basis
- Produce and submit the yearly tax returns for all staff
- Organise and produce HR reports as required by the various stakeholders

Employee Relations
- To foster a conducive working environment through employee relation activities and communication
- To handle complaints ,disputes and grievances
- To assist in handling all local tribunal cases
- To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all departments and staff
- Any other roles and responsibilities as required by management

Requirements for the Role :
- Diploma /Degree or equivalent professional qualification in HR
- Minimum of 3 years HR manager experience
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to lead in a global environment
- Ability to architect and drive change
- Ability to work with senior management, establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership
- Team player with a high level of interpersonal skills and integrity
