QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must have an Engineering Degree from recognized university.
- At least 8 years or similar to experienced Project Engineer or Proposal Coordinator, preferably in offshore contractor.
- An offshore EPCI project experience is of the advantages.
- Good knowledge of project management, business development or sales.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
- Flexibility to work long hours if necessary.

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL
- Report to Country Manager Indonesia and functionally to Regional Sales & Marketing Director.
- Supervise Sales Coordinator.
- Liaise with various functional groups in the region and other teams within the area.

SALES & MARKETING
- To be the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers on business development/sales and marketing activities in the geographic area of responsibilities particularly for the assigned portfolio.
- Plan, execute and control sales & marketing activities for the assigned portfolio in accordance to the prevailing procedures including develop, maintain and improve strong business relationships with both existing and potential customers and actively develop and update the deliverables.
- Understand well BP MIGAS Procurement Guideline PTK-007 and things related to Indonesian content.
- Support other team(s) in the area on the development of business relationships with strategic institutions / corporations.
- Plan arrangements for participation in trade conventions seminars, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 15 years Oil and Gas related industry preferably upstream sector.
- Prior experience in offshore oil and gas related business development or project management / project engineering /fabrication / offshore construction.
- Good knowledge of business development, marketing and sales.

JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduated engineer or higher.

Senior Engineer Mining (Code: Sr-EM) - Kalimantan Timur (Sangatta)


Responsibilities
- Conduct daily pit inspection of land clearing and top soiling activities, ensure contractors to optimize topsoil recovery. Monitor and analyze actual wall position and dump face position and report to Mining Contract Operation Superintendent to ensure all geotechnical recommendations are applied. Also identify any contractor activities impacted to the financial loss to KPC.
- Communicate with contractor authorized personnel to ensure all the action plan of environmental issue was taken. Close work with KPCenvironmental department in monitoring and inspection environment issue impacted by contractors.
- Provide weekly of all the operation activities and projects related to contractors activities. Also provide and analyze record of any day work activities and give feedback to KPCdepartment when necessary.
- Evaluate contractor short term plan and identify any loss or gain impacted to KPC. Conduct and review contractors mine schedule and forecast.
- Coordinate with other department (Mine Planning, Geology, Environmental, and External Department) to do joint pit inspection and coordination regularly to ensure efficient contractor activities interface with KPCOperations.
- Conduct projects as requested such the cost impact of low wall and high wall cutback, dump balance and OBhaul distance, pit dewatering.
- Provide and analyze the usage of Fuel and Explosive by contractors.


Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications (S1) in Mine Engineering with a minimum 4 years experience in mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
- Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programs.
- Demonstrate the ability to think laterally and to be able to innovate.
- Demonstrate practical conceptual skills.
- Understanding of continuous improvement practices.
- Understanding of financial analysis methods.

Secretary General Manager - Kalimantan Timur (Sangatta)


Responsibilities
- Undertake administrative support activities within the GM/ Manager's office, and Division/ Department such as communicating by phone, facsimile and email; handling document (filling, typing, recording and sorting letters, memos, reports, copying and/ or binding documents), preparing presentations, and operate office equipments (such as video conference, teleconference, projector, scanner, photocopy machine, facsimile, printer, etc).
- Monitor and order office supplies/ equipment which supports the GM/ Manager's office operation.
- Coordinate housekeeping activities in the GM/ Manager's office for safety health and comfort reasons.

Electrical Coordinator - Tangerang


Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance work program for electricity system and equipments.
- Coordinate with store operation team, head office, building management, consultant, and contractor for working schedule and monitoring the result/ quality
- Evaluating electricity cost and initiate cost saving programs


Requirements
- Male, maximum 35 years old, minimum Diploma Degree from Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance (specialized in electrical)
- Experience in retail industry would be an advantage
- Good coordination & communication skill, and able to thrive in fast paced
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci area


Head Of Internal Audit - Tangerang


Responsibilities
- Set up Annual Audit Plan
- Develop internal audit programs based on management strategies
- Create and manage audit methods & execution
- Provide advisory for business units’ SOP and policies in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business operation


Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from reputable university
- Minimum 7 years solid experiences as Audit Manager from reputable public accountant firm
- Experiences in retail company would be an advantage
- Strong analytical ability, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate
- Team player with strong communication skill
- Willing to travel and to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
