Tuban Jetty Shift Team Leader - Tuban
Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- This position exists to operate daily jetty activity of all transfer material among plant, inter island-export/ import activities (gypsum, coal, cement in bag, jumbo bag, bulk cement, and clinker) are running well and also to achieve good performance of inbound and outbound material process safely through jetty, and to ensure all of jetty equipment and include transport equipment (BC, truck, mobile crane) are running well by doing periodically preventive maintenance to meet good safety, production, environment
- To ensure the vessels/ barges berthing and sailing process, include the secure and safety related with load-unload vessels/ barges in jetty
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree majoring in Marine Management
Experience:
- Min 1 year in current position
- Minimum 2years’ experience in jetty operation
Computer literacy:
- SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Language:
- Good command in English both oral or written

East Java Warehouse Head - Jawa Timur
Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- This position exists to operate and ensure warehouses activities (Cement Warehouses and Bulk Silos) which the locations is in the separate area in 2 locations of East Java and also manage of trucking for bag and bulk include load-unload activity. To ensure warehouses operators (HIL & 3PL) in order to maintain optimum stock level to support sales requirement to fulfil the cement in coverage area and to ensure availability stock in that areas to increase of CSI with safely and meet with customers requirement. To arrange and ensure stock transfer and/ or distribution bag and bulk cement from plant to warehouses/ silos and from warehouses/ silos to customers with kind of transportation mode by truck and/ or vessels/ barges. Ensure warehouses Good House Keeping and warehouses SOP are well implemented as well as all warehouses/ silos equipment maintained
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Management or Engineering
Experience:
- Min 1 year in current position
- Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics, Distributions, or Warehouse Management

Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- This position exists to manage and ensure overall jetty operation to transfer all materials among plant, inter island-export/ import activities (gypsum, coal, cement in bag, jumbo bag, bulk cement, and clinker) are running well and also ensure good performance of inbound and outbound material process via jetty which include; jetty management, quality, equipment maintenance/ operation, and transport equipment (BC, truck, mobile crane) to meet good safety, production, environmental and cost target.
- Able to make some plan and ensure the vessels/ barges berthing and sailing process, include the secure and safety related with load-unload vessels/ barges in jetty.
- Able to negotiate with port authority and others local government related to jetty issues.

Experience:
- Min 1 year in current position
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in jetty operation
- PFSO certified

Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- To ensure that all trucks and drivers comply with Holcim standard and Holcim brand image is clearly maintained, conformity of deliveries, and availability of bag trucks, bulk trucks and other equipments with good control in safety, maintenance, system and process, including to 3PL
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree graduated from any major
Experience:
- Min 1 years work on truck operation and land distributions

Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- To lead operation in validation of inbound process and weighing of outbound process in Tuban Plant by controlling cargo and document suitable with requirement from customers and plants, comply with safety, operational procedures, system and process, also monitor the weighbridges maintenance
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree graduated from any major
Experience:
- Min 1 year in current position
- 2 years experience in weigh bridge/ Validation
- Got training of SAP, particularly SAP material management
Computer literacy:
- SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Language:
- Good command in English both oral or written
Other qualification/ skills:
- Understand SAP system and its operation.

Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- This position exists to manage and ensure good performance of inbound and outbound process by doing operation of logistics or land distributions in terms of transferring cement (bag and bulk) to customers, as well as clinker and/ or other materials to support plant operations (production) with good management in safety, cost, maintenance, organization, system and process, including to 3PL
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Transportation or Industrial Management
Experience:
- Min 1 year in current position
- 4 years experience in Transportation/ Logistics
Computer literacy:

Responsibilities
- The main function of the Assistant to RMX & Aggregates Director is to provide assistance support to RMX & Aggregates Director in Managing and Developing RMX & Aggregates Directorate business in Holcim Indonesia through out involving in many projects, providing valuable data analysis and working together with other Directors and Managers for a specific area of concerns.
- The focus is on monitoring improvement of concerns are in place to avoid delay and for sustainable reason. Implementing RMX & Aggregates Director new ideas and ensure the ideas will be exist shortly and follow by good implementation.
Requirements
