- Preferably holds S1 degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering (Fresh graduate is acceptable)
- Have some knowledge & experience in Purchasing/ Sourcing/ R & D Departement will be a great plus
- Excellent to operate Microsoft Office
- Posses high interity, creativity, target-oriented, self-driven with a sense of belonging and commitment
- Must have superior leadership skills, work well with a team and have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Written and speaks fluent English (must)
- Excellent in interpersonal skills and conducting presentation
