- Good interpersonal and communication skills
HR Officer (HRO)
Requirements:
- Male, max. 30 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring Psychology
- Min 2 years experience in: developing concept of Performance Management & Organizational Development, handling recruitment process
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
