- In this function, you will be in charge to support activities in Data Centre area that are governed by the agreed Standard Operating Procedures. Manager Product Development Segment - Jakarta


Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage, control, and plan product portfolio, formulates and responsible for the product planning and development throughout the product lifecycle to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Define and develop strategy and roadmap in order to have a clear product portfolio
- Deliver document requirement and corresponding justification as expected in Development Request Form (DRF) to prioritize developmental process
- Drive a solution set across development teams (primarily technical backend team and business users) to give information about the product specifications it in accordance with market requirement
- Direct a group of product development specialist to fulfill product target
- Plan and prepare product delivery to ensure it comply with product development life cycle methodology
- Drive, direct, and manage group achievement to meet with the target plan as set in Performance Plan (including unit team development)


Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from IT/ Computer Science/ Electrical/ Telecommunication Engineering background with more than 5-years experience in Technology Domain, specifically in Telco industry
- Broaden understanding of project management, preferably have PM sertification
- Deep understanding in particular area of Telco Products, such as: Marketing, data services, Billing, Core network or transmission
- Deep understanding in Segmented Marketing need and trend
- Deep understanding of product development and management process
